Eat Healthy and Think Healty! what does that mean?

You cannot eath Healthy if you don't think healthy! yup that's true. this is my motto, my belief now! why? I am gonna tell you my story! this is a real story ...I have been crazy in the past several months and I gained more that 15 lbs! a skiny girl like me became suddenly a fatty girl. wanna cry !!! ... Do you know why? cause I don't think healthy anymore. all because of the stupid job I have! The story started after I gratuated from college and worked for this corportation! at the begining was glamerous and fantastic! But you don't know what is in the mind of other people.
