New week

Happy Monday to myself and my new blogging friends. Today, it is going to be a good one. Focused on healthy eating for today, and more importantly, long term health benefits by eating healthy. I will drink lots of water today and work out extra hard!

I am also going to drink lots of water and hold myself accountable for that!

A Good Week

I'm with you!  I hope we all have a Good week and that we will all meet our goals.  I'm pulling for you to.  Water is a really good way to fill up when we feel hungry.  I drink a lot of it, I also take it with me in my car when I go out.

Its been a long time since you posted and I was wondering if you are OK?  I hope you have just been busy.  Hope to hear from you soon.

I got your message

I got your message today.  I am glad to hear from you.  I'm doing good drinking water.  I love water and have no problem drinking it.  Sometimes at night I have to stop myself because I don't want to be running to the bath room all night.  I am working out hard, and trying to eat healthy.  I lose weight very slow.  I am not going by the scale.  Instead I'm going to take my measurements every month and go by that.  I'm due to take them this wk.  I hope I see alittle change.  Keep in touch.  Let me know how you are doing.
