Weather?
It is rainy and cold today, so I am feeling very sad and blue. Any suggestions on how to cheer up?

Hi there,
When I get down, and blue I tell myself to think on all the Good things going on in my life. By the time I get done with that I find there are so many more good, and happy things going on in my life.
Just being healthy, and alive is one that I am thankful for.
Working out also helps with moods. I find that I always feel much happier when I'm done with my work outs.
