Low Calories

Well, I noticed today that my caloric intake is low.  For the past week, I've only averaged 650 calories.  I don't intentionally do this, I'm just not hungry, and I don't eat nearly as much as I used to at meals.  I have to remind myself to eat sometimes.  I know this is not healthy, but it's hard to eat when you're not hungry.  If I eat junk food I could make the 1000 calories a day easily, but I don't.  I eat more healthy than I ever have.  I do treat myself sometimes, but I refrain from eating the cakes and donuts brought into the office.....  Ok, I'm rambling now.

Good golly...

I'd be starving. I know it is hard to eat when you aren't hungry and it goes against everything... but just make sure you are eating enough to lose and that you're giving your body what it needs (dairy, healthy oil, fruits, veg, etc.). Congrats on 11 pounds, you are doing outstanding!
