Low Calories
Well, I noticed today that my caloric intake is low. For the past week, I've only averaged 650 calories. I don't intentionally do this, I'm just not hungry, and I don't eat nearly as much as I used to at meals. I have to remind myself to eat sometimes. I know this is not healthy, but it's hard to eat when you're not hungry. If I eat junk food I could make the 1000 calories a day easily, but I don't. I eat more healthy than I ever have. I do treat myself sometimes, but I refrain from eating the cakes and donuts brought into the office..... Ok, I'm rambling now.
