You girls are the BEST!!
Thank you ALL for the welcome back! It felt really good to come back here and actually "see" my "old" friends again. It made me happy to see that you guys are still determined and making progress (even if the scales aren't showing off all your hard work)!
Yesterday was day 2 on plan. I didn't drink a gallon of water and I managed to sneak a coffee with belgian chocolate with toffee creamer in, no worries it was only 35 calories but doesn't it sound delish?? Late in the evening hunger pains hit in a major way. I calculated the calories I had eaten and realized I still had about 400 calories left over so I made a yummy breakfast sandwich with a bagel thin, all whites, and 2 slices of turkey bacon. Goodness I had totally forgotten how much I loved that kind of sandwich. I also snuck in a little bedtime snack of Special K crackers and a cheese stick. I will tell you nothing makes me happier than eating in bed, it's my two favorite things wrapped into one. I know, I know, I know it's a habit I need to break but come on as long as it's healthy eating I should be okay. :)
This morning the scales were down. Not by much but every little bit in the right direction really adds up over time. The next thing I need to do is motivate myself to exercise. I'm getting there - one baby step at a time!!
