Total lost - 3.6 lbs

Not too shabby considering TOM was in the house. This is a brand new week and I'd like to see the 180's again. We shall see!

I hardly lose at all when TOM is around. maybe like .8 of a pound if that. You are very lucky! your TOM is nicer to you than mine is to me  Keep it up!
