Before After

This isn't what it looks like

I am not falling off the wagon... oh wait.... WAHHHHHH!

This weekend was a fun one, but my food choices were terrible. Yesterday in particular was just bad bad news. When yur lunch consists of a double scoop of mint choclate chip Ice cream in a waffle cone, things are bad. Last night I was very upset about my indiscresions. Today I am trying to put them behind me. I kicked some serious ass at the gym this morning, and am going to go hard core the rest of the week to hopefully shed the 2 pounds Mr Basido Scale says I've packed back on. I'm thinking the not counting points thing was not such a good idea, at least for right now, so I am going to get back to in when my points reset on Thursday. I am so disapointed in myself. :(

Ice Cream for lunch...

Well, Ice Cream is dairy, which counts as a milk, which is loaded with calcium, so you're good, right?  :-)

mmmm ice cream . . .

I imagine when I'm as close to goal as you are it will become harder and harder to stay on plan. I have faith that you will drop those two pounds in a few days. You're a metabolic machine.

You're still doing great!

Look at how far you've come! You're doing great! Hitting the gym is the way to go! Just get back on program and the 2 pounds will come off!

ready, set, lose!

One weekend won't kill you, just don't let it spiral into several months.

What fun stuff were you doing that prompted foregoing food in favor of ice cream for lunch? [Notice I have stopped referring to ice cream as food.  New trick of the day.]  Glad you enjoyed it and are right back on track!

The kini

You are definitely smaller, chickie! The side picture is most telling--look at your tiny waist as it gets smaller and smaller!! :)

Glad you're not killing yourself over the bad food over the weekend. I was right there with you in spirit. UGH! Tomorrow is another day!

Look at it this way..

You are eating ice cream for all of us that can't - so we owe you a big thanks because we can now enjoy the ice cream vicariously through you.. ;)

Now if only I could convince myself of that..

I understand though - with my vacation last week I know I am going to be "punishing" myself this week in the gym - look out treadmill - here I come..

S

Challenges..

Are what make you stronger!  Fight through this - get back on track...remember, progress not perfection.  Don't allow a small slip to become a slipperly slope. You'll feel so much better if you can look back and say that YOU won this struggle.....
