Week 23 WI - Normal

I am down 2.8 pounds this week, and according to the BMI calculator on my scale that puts my BMI at 24.9... AKA NORMAL WEIGHT RANGE. I am slighly bummed that the online BMI calulators are still telling me I am at 25, but screw them, I'm sticking with my scale because all three of the trackers are giving me a different "magic" number, so none of them are right! LOL

Anyway, WOO-HOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I am no longer overweight! When I Started this quest My BMI was 33.4---Well into the Obese range. Now, I am normal... barely normal, and not normal to everyone, but normal all the same. Sometimes I can't believe who I was 6 months ago compared with who I am now. all that hard work really does pay off.

Eureka!!!

What to go on the BMI! That is fabulous!!! I am 1 pound away from normal too, and I can't wait to get there--I figure it will be a momentous day!! When I started, I was just tipping into the obese category.

So way to be normal!!!! LOL!

FANTASTIC!!

What a fantastic accomplishment.  healthwise as well as emotionally  - great job on getting "normal"!  I know I will have a long long way to even come close to normal!!  Hee hee.  Keep up that great work!

Awesome -

Congrats -

PS. I still think Skeletor is cool - but I understand your not wanting to replicate him :P

A Big Day

That is such an accomplishment! It may be just a number, but it's a true sign that you have made a real change in your life. So many people take being "normal" for granted, be we know what a significant thing that really is.

I wish I could take you out to celebrate! Make sure someone does--this in a monumental day.

woohoo!

Although I hate that it's called "normal" when more people are overweight than in that range, CONGRATS on being in the normal range!!!  It's such a big deal!  I tipped back into overweight the last few weeks (145 is the top of "normal" for me) but I can't wait to be back!

Thanks for keeping me going the last few weeks.  I do feel better-thanks in no small part to DF really stepping up and being good to me, but also realizing that nobody else is dragging me down, I just have to want to do this. :)
