I'm about to head out from work... and have a bazillion things to do before we leave! Be good boys and girls while I'm gone 'yall! I may check in while we are staying with the parents, but who can say for sure. I will be back Tuesdayish!

I will definitely take your advice and be viligent this week. I'm going to the beach and I've already prepared myself for a gain after being sick and also from being on vacation. I hope to exercise every morning to compensate for any treats I may eat! I feel so much better tonight....thank god! Hope your trip goes well and you have lots of fun!!
