I am down...3.2 pounds this week! WOW! I can't place any change, and infact ate out twice and since feeling under the weather haven't been good about getting my evening workouts in. Maybe shaking up my routine did it... who knows, but I'll take it!
I'm less than a pound away from 50 pounds lost... I have just over 20 pounds to goal. I think I may have to reasses my goal weight fairly soon though. I never thought I would say this, but I think I can be smaller than 150. My attitude since the beginning of my LSC has been that I would eat as though I am already at a healthy weight, and that my body would tell me it when it was at a comfortable spot. At this point I want to stick to this theory, I just hope that I am happy with how things look when my body says enough! If I'm not, I guess it will be a discussion of how much sacrafice it will take to get to a lower weight, and if I am willing to do that. We'll see, I guess.

smaller than original goal
I didn't think I'd ever see this side of 145 either--and I'm with you on having a dialogue with your body about what is a comfortable and healthy weight and how much sacrifice you are willing to make to maintain a lower weight. I am just reminding myself that the last time I was "skinny" I was also super muscular, so it makes sense that I'm a little lighter since this go-round I am going for toning rather than competitive sports. Just don't lose any fierce muscle on us! You already look great in your pics and while I'll be the last one to tell you to stop prematurely, you'd better not ditch the gunnage in favor of toothpick limbs! :) Congrats on being so close to 50--that's a major accomplishment!

I have never been less than 150 as an adult, and picked my goal of 135 based on my sister. We are the same height so I figured I'd just shoot for her weight since she looks damn good. But, like you, I may have to reasses when I am closer. My body may not be able to get down that low. Who knows.
Anyway, enough of my babblin- you are fit, fierce and fabulous!! Congrats on the ascloseasthis 50 lbs gone forever!
Honestly I can't believe you've been dieting only a week longer than I have, but you've lost twenty more pounds than me. You are kicking some serious ass! At 5'8" I don't know how much lower than 150 you can go. That's pretty skim for a tall gal like you. I guess you just do what feels right.
Have you heard of the Wendy Plan. It's where you take your weightwatchers points and mix them up. You have high days, low days and middle days. You always follow a high day with a low day. It tricks your metabolism. There used to be a website, but I'm not on weightwatchers any more so don't have the link.
So mixing it up a bit this week, could well be why you did so well.
