i'm impressed
I can never work out in the am. Do you go to the gym, or work out at home? I'm getting an elliptical for the house, I think... but there's still no way I'll work out in the morning :-)

p.s. grilled cheese tip
How to have your grilled cheese and eat it too:
Use whole wheat bread, cooking spray and soy cheese slices. Trust me, you won't remotely notice the difference between that and American, and its at least 60% less fat than regular cheese.

Way to burn your fat and cals! Great job with sticking to plan and doing all of that exercise! You are my hero! Go, go, go!
