i'm impressed

I can never work out in the am.  Do you go to the gym, or work out at home?  I'm getting an elliptical for the house, I think... but there's still no way I'll work out in the morning :-)

p.s. grilled cheese tip

How to have your grilled cheese and eat it too:

Use whole wheat bread, cooking spray and soy cheese slices.  Trust me, you won't remotely notice the difference between that and American, and its at least 60% less fat than regular cheese.
