Survey says...

145.6

I totally forgot to BAN weigh this morning, but 154.6 was the verdict on Saturday and Sunday, so that is my number. I can deal with that... about 3 pounds over a week is a LOT but I partied like a rock star, so you will have that--well, when partying like a rock star means eating your weight in Tamales and Chex Mix, and downing a small swimming pools worth of beer, at least.

Also, if anyone is available, I need a good kick in my ass. I am doing great with the eating, but even after my alarm went off at 5 this morning, I went back to bed and not to the gym. I need to get my ass moving peeps, and now. I am making myself a commitment to do my Yoga-lates DVD tonight and get my mushy tummied self to the Y tomorrow AM. Foot or no foot, I can't let that be an excuse any more.

Also, pleased to enjoy the picture I added of me in Mexico... so much for tropical, eh?

So you were a party animal...

Tell me you danced the night away...that way the drinking and tamales...YUMMY...were out of the system even before the night was over....TELL ME YOU DANCED....LOL!

Thanks for stopping by my blog....if you really did drink like a mad woman then drink lots of water to rinse out the system.

Stay Strong...Stay Focused

force exercise...

Oh girl I so know what you mean about the exercise.  Today I just forced myself to bike ride because I just kept thinking about going the entire afternoon knowing I would feel so much better if I would have huffed and puffed for a least a little bit during the day.

Great!

All things considered 145.6 is great!!!

Yes, you get your butt back on course with exercise starting tomorrow morning and I will get my butt back on course with eating!!!  Exercise is such a pain to get into routine, but you can do this and you will!  Just do it!  Right when your alarm goes off!  Just like when I grudgingly rolled out of bed at 4:45 this morning.

Motivation!

I was off my Core high horse this weekend as well! Ugh! It was bad! But, the treadmill did help the damage from becoming too severe! So, before you really let things go and make the mistake that I did and gain back a bunch o' weight... get your ass to the Y pronto! Trust me, it is no fun losing the weight again- the second time around AND it's not easier either! So get your skinny ass moving!! Take care of the foot too!!

Here's your kick in the ass!

Now get back on track. :)  I know it seems like you've undone everything that you've worked so hard for, but you didn't.  It'll just take a bit of time for your body to go back to where it was.  :)  You'll get there.

I hope that you went to the gym this morning. :)

Maybe this will help.

You could put your workout bag and sneakers next to your bed and have everything ready to go. All you gotta do is go potty, put your hair up, change into your workout clothes, put your sneakers on and grab a lite breakfast on the way out. There's no stopping on the way! I think if you have your mind set the night before to get ready for a workout, you would wake up thinking that you didn't waste so much time just getting ready for nothing.
