GYM, CPR, and Work equals Exhaustion
So this morning I decided I would be EXTRA good and hit the gym. Did 15 min more on the elliptical than I usually do - but you would have thought I added 2 hours! Also did 100 reps each of side crunches, lat pull down's, inner and outer thigh presses, and butterflies. THEN, when I got home, I still did my nightly jaunt with the mutt. So, if that wasn't enough, we got called out for a code - and I did CPR for 30 min! That is a TOTAL upper body workout! We were all dripping sweat by the time it was all said and done. So, I have well earned my chocolate dessert tonight - but you know what? I only ate 1/2 of it! I just wasn't enjoying it at all. Msh would have liked it - it was more dark chocolate than anything! I am so tired . . . I can barely keep my eyes open. Time to go recharge . . ..
