Starting over again
So, this page is dedicated to weight loss. I've discovered that I hate my time at home - with just me and the mutt, it's really REALLY easy to get tempted to find something in the kitchen. I have just GOT to break that habit! If I could just get into bed early enough, that wouldn't even be a temptation! I did get my run in tonight - maybe I need to start going to bed at like 7p, and getting up at 5 - get a workout in. Something to think about! I did alright on food today - had oatmeal for breakfast, a Taco Bell salad for lunch, and super thin cut steak for dinner. Oh, and somewhere in there I had a cinnamon muffin. I think I'm going to have one of my WW Ice Cream Cones (Perfect for those of us that are lactose intolerant, right?) before I crash. For some reason, I feel like I could just collapse where I'm sitting! Wore plumb out!
