Day 24
Started cycle 2 this week, but no pounds have been shed this week! I need to stay focused and not let this deter me. Lost inches though! We'll see what this week brings. I would like to start riding my bike.

Day 20
Stepped on the scale this morning and it had great news. I'm down 11.5 lbs! This is definitely keeping me motivated to stick with it!

9.5 lbs!
Just completed the first 17 day cycle and I am down 9.5 lbs. It was an active week at day camp and I was able to stick to my food list. I passed on the Hot Dog, S'more, Brownie Stew, Banana Boat, Bread, Ice cream Sundae, English Muffin Pizza, No-Bake Cookies, Walking tacos, and Pudding cones. I took tuna cups and suplemented with the fruits and vegetables made available. I didn't get all my water each day, but I will be back on track starting today. It's back to work on Monday, so my routine can be more routine. I promised myself that I would start walking each night after dinner and the husband will join me. We'll see how that goes.

10 Days
Seven pounds so far. Been 100% faithful. It's only at night that the craving for sweets enters into the picture. I just try to repeat to myself "You can do it!" and find something to occupy my time so I don't cave in to the craving.

Weeks 1
7 days and 5.5 lbs down. So far, so good. No cheating yet either. It is mind over matter. I just have to keep my head on track and my mouth will follow.

Day 1
Today was day 1 of 17 for the first cycle. So far, so good. I just have to make sure I time my drinking of water with the availability of a bathroom.We'll see how day two goes!
