down again, but with a smile
so i was not sure if i had lost 1lb or 2, but its deffinet now that i have lost 2 this week which means i have lost 10lbs now YAY.
anyway just thought id pop in and let people know, im selling old clothes of mine on ebay...out with the old :-)
