Here we are again

Wow what a busy Summer it has been. Time has just flown by.

I am 15lbs lighter than the beginning of the year and still on SW. Haven't been to curves as much as I would like but when Carwyn goes back to school it may get easier. I start a new job too next week junior ward sister covering matenrity leave for 6 months. Yay no bed management until next year!!!

I was worried!!

Phew...what a relief. I was getting worried there!

I have put on weight for 2 weeks running and this week I have lost 2.5lbs yay!! Back on the plan 100%.  Just goes to show how easy it is to fall by the wayside. I gave the club leader my food diary and although she could see nothing wrong we came to the conclusion that a mostly meat day gave me a gain by the end of the week.

I am sticking to mostly green days from now on. Which I prefer anyway!

4 weeks on and still going strong

I can't believe how well I'm doing on Slimming World!!

Another 2lb off this week and exercising 3 times a week. WOW I am eating sooooooo much it's great.

Slimming World and Curves

I am amazed!! I have lost 7.5lbs since I joined SW 3 weeks ago. This is more than I lost with WW since January!

I have been going to curves gym since 22nd March and when I was measured 5th of May, 6 weeks later, I have lost a total of 10.25 inches!

At last I have found something that works for me. I follow mainly the green day which is mostly fruit and veg with potatoes or pasta. I have never really liked rice so I don't eat that. Thank goodness for speed foods to keep me going.

Aqua aerobics

Last night my sister dragged me along to an aqua aerobics class and do you know what?? I actually enjoyed it!

Supported by the water it doesn't feel like a workout although there was one point I was puffed out but it didn't last long. I wasn't as self-conscious either as my big body was under the water lol. I could feel the wobble but others couldn't see it!

Am I going again? YOU BET!!
