miserable moany sunday......

i woke up feeling all happy n stuffs.....and then had a row with the daughter ( shes 13 and seriously driving me to having grey hair ) it was so bad that i actually cried! im struggling with knowing how exactly to handle her and its depressing me....my gorgeous babygirl is still gorgeous but growing up fast and driving me to distraction etc 

anyways ...on a more positive note i am planning a special event - next year i am renewing my wedding vows to gorgey hubby on our 10th wedding anniversary so its time to decide if im happy as i am ( fat) or not - i already know the answer to this hence me being back here....i know i can do this ,its continuing to do so that i have issues with....i have gained 3lbs in the past 6-7 weeks ( after being brill and losing 12lbs in 5 weeks) so i would like to aim to be a size 18 in the next 6 months and lose approximately 3 stone....
so no major plans other than that- im now still aiming for 3lb loss per week and to move my fat arse a bit more 

feeling grrrrrreat!

im steadily losing weight and feeling great! LOL .....no fads,,,,no miracle cures just down right bloody hard work....its paying off im 12 pounds down in 5 weeks and a whopping 26 inches!!!....( also thats 2 jeans sizes down) and i feel brilliant! 

excersize is mainly walking lola more than ever ( especially through the storms and pouring rain) which is quite frankly awful but hey ho im doing it! 
also back in the gym too but not quite so much....

havent really felt the need to blog recently as ive been really mega busy....excersize is good these days -doing around 1.5 hrs per day and im losing weight and feeling fab.

lets hope the positivity sticks.....it will as im in charge heheeee

wont really be blogging as to be honest this place depresses me.........i will however be recording my losses...and the rest of the time i will; be out running,jogging and walking

lumps and mumps.....

well last time i wrote-id lost 2lbs-since then ive been a bit poorly sick ( thought it was real bad hayfever symptoms that i couldnt shake off) turns out i have caught mumps......this week i have felt so poorly ive not been able to lift head off pillow in bed-so i have had doc to see me and thats the conclusion!
eek i have a retro illness-havent heard of mumps for years ha ha -so i have a very lumpy swollen face and havent been able to eat now for 4 days
hopefully the meds will soon have me all mended
thought id just document incase you thought id dropped off the face of the earth ha ha -and ya never know i may have lost weight by the end of the illness LOL

havent been too careful food wise this week but have tried to just move more in general-instead of sitting for hours on end ive been doing the housework,dog walking,running errannds and just more in general-jeez im shattered ha ha

its been a fantastic weekend and i have a fantastic husband and daughter...its been so lovely to spend proper time with them and having a real good old laugh

so im soooooo through with the bad feeling with certain members of my family ive had recently and i kinda come to the conclusion that i need to be happy within myself.....not to make them happy as life just doesnt roll that way!
so lizzies sanity is back intact and its happy happy all the way

hate this bloody weather -it really affects my mood.

anyways didnt gym today as had a lot to do and havent been sleeping well so opted for a lie in before work lol
my food has been ok-not great but better and i spose thats what im needing-just to be ok-perfection is soo hard to maintain lol

well its a monday and im happy?? ha ha strange but true .
i am proud of myself still from acheiving what i set out to do yesturday at race for life.
food today has been better than of late too and ive upped my excersize too so it must be paying off-i had the best weekend ( bar the hayfever bleurghhh)EVER and i am feeling more content than i have for a long time,so in order to stay this way i am making small changes and aiming to stick to them-no need to waffle on as to what they are-lol less talk and more "do" is whats required ha ha ha

i really enjoyed it actually (apart from the hill urghhhh lol) ,and although my dreadful sinuses and hayfever symptons have been horrific i still did it with my bezzy pal lauren in 1hour or just under so i think thats pretty good going to be honest and i am PROUD of myself (and loz too ,as the night before id been looking for a way to back out quietly hahaa)
so somewhere i have pictures of me n her with out medals at the finishing line -ill upload when i can figure out how to upload from my new camera ha ha

c'mon england!!

eek am writing my blog as the england /germany game is on and how the hell was that goal not allowed????
lol
weigh day today and im 2 pounds up so its time to get a grip on what im eating...to be honest i feel too bloody hot to eat much-but ice cream and lots of drinks is not so good lol so will need to moniter this this next week
