I think...
I had the most awesome workout! Ok, it most likely was not my most awesome, but it has been since I stopped working out with my trainer.
I did 1 hour of cardio on eliptical and then 50 minutes of other stuff. What other stuff?
200 - various abs
i worked my arms to the point of exhaustion (of my arms that is), which is what I learned to do with my trainer. To work them until I just cant anymore.
My legs - hmmm... did some leg stuff, but will work on my legs tomorrow.
I did some more working with weights - I love working with weights, now that I have the wide variety of weights and what to do with them (again, thank you to my trianer).
I just feel so good and my arms are like jello!! I hope to be able to work back up to using the same weights that i left off at (12-15 pound weights).
Lets see what tomorrow brings me.
