Well, WW is not for me. I have proven that to myself. So, today, I hauled my bottom over to JC. I had a 10 AM appt they had no record of it - ARGH! I did ask (twice) that it was this office when I made the appt. But they were very nice to me and Mgr did the consult. So, I will start tomorrow. Go me!

I started JC on Jan 25 and have lost over twenty pounds so it works! I was afraid that weight wouldn't come off because I was eating so much. I talk to a few others that do it here on EP .... Kimquilts and vmigirl always blogs about food I hope you like it!

my son loved gymboree he kind of went off on his own but he was exploring I guess anyway my back has progressively worsened but it's feeling a lot better now that I'm doing therapy! I hope JC is going great for you :)
