Monday Weigh-in day
Well, I have decided that next week, I will change things up. I will weigh in and have my Super High Points Day on Saturday. That way I get to enjoy my weekend with a few extra points with Prince Charming home.
I weighed in today and I have to say I am a little disappointed. I thought I would be in One-derland but I am not quite there. Oh well, maybe next week.
Food for Monday:

- 5 points--raisin biscuit
- 0 points--coffee
- 3 points--cookies
- 4 points--cod fillet
- 1 points--ww bread
- 1 points low fat margarine
- 2 points--timbits
- 9 points--spaghetti
- 8 points--pea soup

- 36 Points--Total for Monday

What is one-derland?
What did you lose? Dont be discouraged, its a process and not a race... you are amazing and my goodness almost 50 lbs... so don't be discouraged and I also changed my diet and enjoyed alittle more on the weekend but back tight today.

I am hoping to get below 200 lbs. Once my weight reads 1xx I am in One-derland.

Don't be disappointed that you didn't make it into One-derland this time. Just keep trying for it next week. You've done wonderful so far!

just great Cindy. We'll just push that One-derland party a little bit, but it's definately gonna be soon. Keep up the great work you do, also by encouraging lots of us in here, it really means a lot. (((HUGS))))

Cindy you are doing great!!! You have come so far and you will be at onderland in no time. Remember this is a lifestyle change. This time you will keep it off.. :-) And I really think weighing on Saturday will help alot!

You're almost there!
Don't worry babe, you are almost at one-derland. But you should be crazy proud of yourself...your weightloss totally inspires me. I'm probably a broken record seeing as alot of your comments say the same thing, but still...obviously you are making some fantastic progress. GO YOU!
