What do you think?
I am thinking of changing one thing. As of the way my schedule is now, I Weigh In and have my Super High Points Day on Monday. I am thinking that maybe it makes more sense to have it on Saturday or Sunday when Prince Charming is home and I am more likely want the extra points. I am going to go ahead and have on Monday this week and pending some thought and your thoughts on it as well, I will make the change next week.
Food for today:
- 5 points--raisin biscuit
- 0 points--coffee
- 1 point--yogurt
- 3 points--cookies
- 0 points--coffee
- 4 points--cod and veggies
- 1 point--timbit
- 7 1/2 points--cheesecake
- 1 point--yogurt
- 1 1/2 point--cookie
- 24 points--total for Sunday

I say go Saturday!
For me, I weigh in on Saturday morning (or Friday evening depending on how much water I've taken in that day) and then have my high point day that day/evening. I guess my thought is then that I have the entire week to "make up" for the naughtiness and get ready for WI.
Lately I have also been trying to be somewhat good on my bad day and at least eating well. I also try to have a mega low-point snack before I go out to eat with the DH and friends.
Let us know what you decide to do and how it ends up working out in the long-run!

Uggh
Hi Cindy,
Nope...I didn't have fish and veggies....I had some mini egg rolls, a lean pocket and a bottle of wine....oh, and some cheese and crackers. What the heck is wrong with me???? I REALLY do want this weight off of me. Why do I sabotage it? I know I need to get alcohol totally out while I'm losing. You are staying so focused. I need to get in that zone...TODAY! :-) Happy Sunday to you! Jill

I agree!!
I agree with Cindy, go for Saturday!!! At least give it a try. That is what works for me. Same thing, my hubby is home, it's errand and grocery store day so it is so much easier to weigh in that morning and then having my free day, then I am really good the rest of the week. (most of the time..:-) ) With my eating and it helps!!

Sage advice from Coco
..heheh.. like I have anything sage to say. All I know about Sage is its the spice that goes in the cornbread dressing at Thanksgiving! LOL! Actually I know exactly what you mean. When my DH is home, I am much much MUCH more likely to be tempted into eating Off Program. So that's why my weigh in day is on Thursdays. I weigh in and then I have my high-point days on the weekend. It works out really well and I never feel like I'm missing out on anything yummy.
Can you change your W/I time? I know my local WW has meetings on Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs. There's nothing on Fri, Sat or Sun (which I think is kind of a bummer since I"d love to weigh in on Fridays instead). But it's something to look into if that'd help! Good luck and have a FAB week!

Sounds logic
I also want to do the simple zig-zag method alternating from 1515 and 1346 calories. If i start on a Sunday with 1515, Saturday will fall at 1515 too, meaning i can enjoy some extra calories during the weekend. As for WI....since i don't follow any special program, i WI at home and that more often than recommended, but somehow i can't stop....lol!
