Before After

I'm back!!

So my last post was almost a year ago. I remember posting a couple of days after I got my tonsils out. Boy did that suck. Well a couple of days after I wrote that post I broke up with my boyfriend of almost 4 years. I was messed up for a while and started doing some things I wasn't happy about (starting smoking is the worst...currently trying to quit) but since I was in so much pain from the tonsillectomy I didn't gain any weight...I actually kept loosing. Well a couple of months after the break up I decided that I was going to finish my early childhood development degree (I have a certificate). So I moved from Saskatoon to Edmonton all by myself. So here I am in Edmonton with only two friends. This is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life but I'm almost done (in April). Even though it is really hard I'm pretty proud of myself and it's something I needed to do to prove that I could do this on my own.
So all my life I've had stomach problems....all the gross stuff...which I wont mention. So my sister mentioned that I could have a gluten sensitivity and to cut out all gluten products for a while. So I did and I started to feel better but I still was getting sick once and a while. I started to track what I ate and how I felt after and it was dairy that was making me feel sick. So this week I'm cutting out gluten and dairy and see how I feel. I already feel a lot better and it's only day one.
Well I guess that's all for now...I'm sorry I fell of the planet for a while!

Welcome back!

I'm sorry to hear about your hurdles, but good for you for coming back! Sometimes we don't know our own strength...
Keep us posted on the gluton free thing-I hear for some people, it's a lifesaver!
