Tonsils and weight loss.
So here I am stuck at home for almost two weeks in blinding pain because I went and got my tonsils removed. If any of you experianced this procedure as an adult you can relate. Aparently getting it done as an adult is way worse then getting it done as a kid with a longer rocovery time. My throat is so swolen that I can't move my tounge. My ears burn and they feel like they're going to pop. The pain is even down in my jaw. The only time i can eat anything is 45min after I take two of my pain pills(actually the same ones that house uses..lol!!) and two extra strength tylonal. Then I can only eat jello or ice cream. So I got them out on thursday and since then I've lost 9 pounds..lol...the only positive side effect. I know it's temporary but it's nice. And I know I'm complaining about the pain but I'm happy that I finally got it done. Hopefully I wont catch every sore throat that goes around. I'm so immune to antibiotics that I have to pay 55$ for the expensive ones when I get sick. Well anyway I need to go take some pain pills...talk to you all later!
