Doing Great!!
Ok, So I didnt think I would be doing so well....but I am... This is quite easy. I did have to go off it a little due to getting sick to my tummy. I ate ramon noodles. Thant always makes me feel better. And it did, but I was not suppose to have it. I am staying full, have not been hungry at all so it is making it easy to stick with!! I can do it!!! We have been riding our bikes almost every night. so that is helping. My husband is worried because I have lost 5 lbs in 5 days. But it is because of taking out all of the carbs I had been eating. Now I am not having any carbs untill week 3. Then I can slowly add them back into my diet. Bye for now...

Just the Begining!!!
Ok, so I am new to this. I joined late last night. So here I am starting my blog. I sought out this site to get support from other women like me. I need to lose 65lbs. I am trying out the South Beach Diet. It seems easy and I am on day #3. The book says that the first few days are going to be the hardest, but I have found the fairly easy. So I am hoping that this means it is going to be easy for me to stick to. I have tried all types of diets, weight watchers, L A weightloss...Atkins, slimfast you name it I have tried it. I have always been overweight...so Friday 9-7-07 is the start of a new me. I will do this. I can do this. I have already started exercising, so that is good. My 8 year old daughter and I went for a bike ride. The first night we could not even go the full way, only half way. So last night we made it all the way. YEA!!!
