Who's that?
Well, it's May 10th
ZERO days remain in my challenge
There is still work to be done, but I'm getting there.
Funny thing about the blue suit. Last night at 11:00 Brian and I were discussing this photo that was going to be taken at 0730. At that point I was going to wear just an old suit I had in the drawer. That seemed like a good idea until about 11:30. At that time I thought that maybe I shoud have gone and bought a suit. So...Brian went to Meijer (a local discount store) was gone about 20 minutes, and came back with this suit. Simple as that. It fit, and it works. Would love it if all my shopping was that easy. Big thanks to dh.
This next picture was a little shocking. This is the one that made me think...who IS that girl on the left?
I knew my face (and body) was getting pudgy through the winter, but until I put these pictures side by side, I really didn't realize how pudgy. Glad that has gone away.
I have shared how TRANSFORMATION is different. this time around my physical transformation was slight, but my inner transformation was HUGE.
It wasn't always easy, and I cried quite a bit. It was necessary though, and I am so thankful for the process. Through the work of the assignments I have laid rest to my past, forgiven my dad, touched base with old friends, made new friends, worked my business with confidence, have made completely tasks a habit, taken a friend by the hand and started her on this process. She started last week, and is rocking it out!! We workout together pretty much every day. 
I've also truly accepted myself flaws and all. A year ago there is no WAY I would have shown ya'll my hips and belly. Know what though? I am who I am, and I am where I'm at. Do you know how many women on this planet have stretch marks? Seriously getting over it.
A big ole huge accomplishment is completing something I started. That gives me a tremendous feeling of strength. I didn't quit. I didn't back down. I am stronger for it and I am grateful.
What will I do now??? Start again and keep going.
I will take a week to finish posting my assignments, and complete my packet. I will then start again on May 18th with a finish date of September 20.
I am going to continue to do HIIT cardio training, attending spinning classes, and learn to run. (as much as my bum left foot will let me) My strength training will come from Chalean Extreme as soon as it gets here. My eating will continue to follow the BFL plan and EFL cookbook.
I am enjoying this process in a tremendous way.
