In the Beginning...
I was just remembering when I first set my mind to be healthy and lose weight, it was in March or maybe the ending of February. I wasn't real serious about it then, but I really began to crack down in April. I can't believe the progress I've made. I know it sounds like I'm bragging, but I think it's ok to pat yourself on the back once in awhile...right? :-) God is so awesome!!! If it wasn't for Him giving me the strength and the discipline to continue to strive for weight loss and for my overall good health, I wouldn't be able to do it! I have lost a total of 17lbs since I started out! Yaaaay!!! I just want to encourage you ladies to keep going, keep striving for your goal. You will succeed.
I decided to change my weight Log to reflect when I first started to lose weight instead of when I joined EP. I have 5 more pounds to lose for my first goal; then I will set another goal of 20lbs. Which will bring me to a weight of 140. That's my ideal weight. I am medium built, so that will look good on me:-) I think I can handle being a nice size 6. Not to thin and not too thick :-)
