Whatwhat WHAT?

Wow...my life is nuts...and somehow despite the fact that I've been mowing down on chocolate, cake, brutal carby jamaican food--i lost almost two pounds last week???? huh???? But i've continued to eat like mad...so I'll prolly gain it back. I feel massive right now...but it's "that time". I'm not entering in my weight loss to my chart in here cause I feel like it's a fake weigh-in. Not real..ya know? I am busy. Crazy. And Busy. I will try to enter something proper...sometime. I dunno. yeah. GO MY LADIES!

Man i'd record it! A loss is a loss and if you're doing while chowing down you should be even more stoked!!!

invitation to join a holiday ap challenge

Hey there,

I've been trying to find a way to motivate getting back into working out. I was wondering if you would be interested in joining our Holiday AP Challenge?

Here's how it works:

  • 6 week challenge, right smack dab in the middle of the holidays! Start on Mon, 11/20 to Sun, 12/31.
  • Send me your weekly points every Sunday, and I will post up the totals on Monday
  • Try to achieve the following AP range per week/overall (based on # of points you currently consume):
    • 20 - 25 pts/day: 95 - 105 APs total, 15 - 17.5 APs per week
    • 26 - 30 pts/day: 145 - 160 APs total, 24 - 26.5 APs per week
    • 31 - 34 pts/day: 180 - 210 APs total, 30 - 35 APs per week
  • The APs are flexible, which means that if you don't hit your target each week, you can make them up the next, as long as you get them all in the end!
  • For extra motivation, we'll buddy up with one or two others with a shared AP goal per week.  If you already have a buddy, let me know - otherwise, we'll just assign randomly.
**FYI, I'm trying this AP range concept to take into account travel schedules during the holidays, and so we can be motivating without being overwhelming.
