What Did I Just Do?
I'll tell you! I just did Week One Day One of C25K!!! I did it as part 2.68 mile walk around the neighborhood. Silly me, I expected to actually get done with the whole 2.68 miles faster because of the jogging. HA! I was a fool. Because my walking after the C25K portion was over wasn't nearly as "brisk" as it normally is when I only walk. But I'm pretty pleased with how I did. I'm sitting on my back massager cushion as I type this, to try to keep my sciatica under control, since jogging puts extra pressure on my back.
I'll let you all know tomorrow how I feel!

on starting c25k! I really recommend it! It's a great program.
Sounds like you all had fun at your party, too! I'm glad to see you're enjoying your summer!

Awesome!
Great job starting the C25k program! I loved it! I even repeated a couple weeks if I didnt feel I was quite ready to move up to the next step. It did great getting me back into jogging. Im sure changing up your routine will help with weightloss resuts too!

Sounds like you had a fabulous weekend! Yeah for you! Take it easy with the C25K.....you don't want to have your sciatic flare up....ugh! I had a terrible eating weekend too....just one thing after another! Ah well...that's life! Enjoy!

Start slow and finish fast baby!! Your body will get the hang of it after a while and you'll see, it's the most amazing feeling ever!!
