Another Wacky Week
And so begins another crazy week in the life of me. *eyeroll* I hate change to my routine, can ya tell?
The school I work for is having a "Field Day" in the northeast corner of the state tomorrow. (We teach students from all over the state.) The office I work in is located in the southwest corner of the state. So guess what! I get to drive diagonally across the state this afternoon, spend the night in a hotel, attend the field day tomorrow, and then drive home. Ugh. So guess who won't be going to the gym in the next two days. Yup, that's right, me. For me, it'll be restaurant food and sitting in a car for 9 to 10 hours total. That means, no exercise for me for 9 days straight. I'm gonna be a MESS when I go back.
Oh well, this too shall pass.
Make it a great day!

YUCK!
That doesn't sound like any fun. I'm sorry. Hey, you may be a mess when you go back to the gym, but you'll be back. And that's the point, right? So, let's make healthy choices that support our goal. Because we want it, right? RIGHT!

Oh my...long day(or 2) for you!
I hope you're feeling better and that you have a good trip! They couldn't have the field day in the southwest corner, huh?
Figures! Don't worry about not getting to the gym. You'll get back in the swing in no time once your routine is resumed. I've been out of my routine for a couple weeks now and I won't get back in sync till the week of 6/9...probably. Sigh.....ah well....that's life!

After my 12.5 pounds gain from the cruise... I am ready to get back to normal. Just try and make good eating decisions. LIke you said this too shall pass

The great news
about it is that all of this is happening out of your control. Maybe you could have chose different food choices while you were sick. But who stays on a diet when they are so miserably sick? Let me know if you find someone.
You and the gym might be ackward at first but it wont take long to get back to where you were at.

How was it?
How was your trip? Did the hotel have an exercise room that you were able to use? Was it warm enough to walk outside? Hope so.
Hope you are doing well, and feeling even better.
