As promised, I have two fun stories to share with all of you, since I just didn't have the time yesterday to say anything very interesting.
1) Since my bathing suit disintegrated and I'm still waiting for the new one I ordered to arrive, I started scrounging through my closet to see what I could come up with. (I could have easily said, "Oh well, can't go to class, no suit to wear", but I didn't!) I turned up 2 suits that I had purchased about 6 or 7 years ago, and at the time they were too big for me. These suits are 2 sizes smaller that the incredible, disintegrating suit, so the same size as the new one I ordered that I wasn't sure would fit. I decided to give them a shot, and they FIT!!! They're a little bit snug, but I like my suits snug so that "the girls" can't fall out. They aren't too snug to the point of looking bad or being uncomfortable. And these things still had the tags on them!!! That means I have several brand new suits to wear to class, and take on Spring Break!!
2) I was in the locker room last night getting ready for water aerobics and two women came in. They came up to me and asked, "Have you been able to do the elliptical like that since you started here? You were really goin' and you didn't stop once!" In my mind I'm thinking, "Are they really impressed with my workout!?!? And is it because I'm big and they didn't think someone my size could workout like I did?" I'm not sure of the answer to the second question, but they were impressed with my workout! They were complimenting me on how hard I worked out!! I never thought that would happen!!
Happy National Grammar Day everyone!! No kidding, today is National Grammar Day. So, in order to celebrate this day, please don't proofread my posts and critique my grammar!!!!

Thats great!
I must say you are the elliptical queen in my eyes.Do you like the water aerobics I've been thinking about doing it whenever we get better. Which hopefully will be any day now because I'm going crazy not being able to go to the YMCA. Congrats on the swimsuits too. They have never been a big fan of me even when I was small. I have thighs of .... well, lets just say I've always been blessed with a big butt and thighs to match.haha So it's always hard for me to find a bathing suit that compliments me. Are you getting excited about the trip? I dont know all of us are going to do without you.
Don't you love it when you find free sh*t in your own closet!!??!! lol Awesome.
As far as the compliment ... don't let your mind read anything into it ( I used to do same but now I stop myself). Just accept what the compliment and enjoy it! You deserve it! Way to Geaux!
How cool is it to find clothes like that! It's like finding a $10 bill in the pocket of a jacket you haven't worn since last winter, only in your case, the happiness will last a lot longer than 10 bucks!
As for your workout comments/compliments - good for you! I think we should take all the happiness we can get, whatever the source, and disregard the rest!
I don't doubt that the ladies were impressed! I know I'm impressed and I only read about it, I don't actually see it! Woohoo! Good for you on the swimsuits! You'll be looking hot on the beach! I have a bunch of clothes in my closet that I'm dying to shrink into.......gotta keep chuggin' along!
I have to give you props on not eating the pizza! I really don't know if I could have done that...next topic...how did the bathing suit disinigrate? I think I missed something..lol. And of course...high five for the 2 other bathing suits that fit! And..............how do you do the eliptical so well!??! Doesn't it make you want to die?????? lol...............Just wondering.
Way to find some suits! But I'm sure the DH is happy about the girls not falling out! hahah J/K!
And I think they probably just mentioned it to be nice. like you said. I've told you before you probably do circles around those other people there!
I be lookin up 2 u!!! ahah Happy Grammer Day!

That is great!
I love finding clothes like that. I have a suitcase where I put all the too-small clothes that I still loved, every few weeks I go through and pull some out. Actually, it has been a few months this time, so I should have another look.
As for the women at the gym...from what you said I would just assume they are jealous, that they find the elliptical hard and want to be able to do it without stopping themselves.
either way happy grammar day to you because your grate
OMG!!!! It is the best thing seriously you have to try it. They are like fruit roll ups but natural! If you ever see them try one! they are less than a dollar and you might like them!

Awesome!
That's great about the bathing suits AND the compliments at the gym. Keep up the great work, girl!
about the family camping trips listening to Willie/Stardust album....I'm just speculating he will do some of that music since he is actually performing with the symphony....I've seen him at least a dozen times and he always opens with whiskey river....can't imagine that happening this time.
When someone compliments you....you say thank-you.....it seems a lot of us around here have trouble with that (including myself)....I wonder why?
Just to let you know I agree with on that but up until I was about 20 I was heavily medicated why? I don't really know I had crap happen when I was a kid and they thought I was suffering from Schizophrenia and I think it turned out to be OCD? Don't really remember much because I was pretty numb. When I moved away and started living life how I wanted to I was fine. No more stress no anxiety no seeing things it was pretty crazy. After I had my son they thought I had post partum and offered me a lot of drugs. But I said no way but ended up taking a few with no results besides making my bp worse . I just think there needs to be a plan when you give someone medicine ways to help fix the problem like they can have their rx if they do some therapy. Because the problems are never going to go away but if you can cope and control your emotions it might help. I just wanted you to know I'm not anti-mood meds I just wished people would try to help themselves along with taking them. thanks for still adoring me! xoxoxo
