This ~n~ That and recipe~
Here is the recipe I used to make my pumpkin bread the other day.
2 cups sugar - I used splenda mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup egg substitute
3 1/3 all purpose flour - I use whole wheat
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
optional nuts or golden raisins
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes
12 servings 200 calories 1 fat 45 carbs 6 fiber 8 protein
