Going Down
by just a pound. But I am okay with that, if I never lose more than a pound a week I will be pleased as punch. Sugarfree punch that is. I am comfortable with my program, I don't feel like I am on a restrictive diet, I don't feel deprived, I am totally satisfied. Who could ask for more than that.
I have also reached the point in which I am once again comfortable in my own skin and I am enjoying the process of the journey and embracing the new day. The smile on my face these days is genuine.

Theres nothing worse than faking a smile through gritted teeth... oh yes there is! doing it and not even realising your doing it! not knowing how unhappy you are cause it's all you've known.....

I'm with you Gee. I would love to see the pounds peel off, but as long as the overall trend is downward, I can live with it.
There's not one bit about me that feels deprived. My life isn't on hold, I'm just living it more moderately!

I feel the same way. I am proud of the fact that I haven't given up. One lb or even maintaining, definitly beats gaining. Keep up the great work!
