What a difference

It must be psychological, but my tastes have really changed.  For example, I used to love sweet food -- now I don't.  I used to love roasted peppers -- now I don't.  I used to love ketchup -- now I don't.  So far, I haven't found new things that I like that I didn't before, only the opposite.  I'm not complaining, in fact, my relationship with food has changed.  I used to live to eat, now I eat to live.  Not that I don't enjoy food, I'm just not obsessed with it.

amazed

I am amazed at how little food satisfies me.  Today I ate a half a PB and SF Preserve on Lite Whole Wheat for breakfast, about a half cup of salad (lettuce, tomato, 1 ounce grilled chicken, with balsamic vinegrette) for lunch, and one container of NF yogurt for snack.  For dinner I will have another half to full cup of salad.  No wonder the weight is coming off.  I thought I would miss food, but I really hardly ever have an appetite.
