Fruit, fruit and more fruit.
Had a lapse at the end of the last week, went weak at the knee and consumed a McDevil's chocolate sundae. I confessed to the Boss, felt very ashamed really. The lesson.... if the cravings hit eat a piece of fruit first. The other lesson ....keep the stock of fruit replenished.
Still on target for 105kgs by Christmas, in fact I may revise that to 100kgs, will update you on that later. I have started to run at the gym now. Certainly gets the heart rate up faster. I am not too sure if it is that great for the joints etc. I am taking Omega 3 fish oil, which my internet research says is good for the joints when the body is morphing and also adds the skins elasticity when contracting to the new shape.
Heading up north to Paul’s parents Monday – Wednesday next week should be nice. I am also heading down to Wellington Mid October. Musica Sacra the choir Paul is in is performing at the St Paul’s Anglican cathedral. Check it out www.musicasacra.org.nz
