So long the first half of 2006
Been working on my new lifestyle for two months. So far the results have been positive with my weight at the start of May at 129.8kgs and as of today I am down to 120.5kgs. I have mainly been eating less (thanks to Duromine /Phentermine), exercising more with a minimum of four workouts a week at the gym and this activity has helped me build up more lean muscle mass and burn fat (added by Metformin).
Although I am not calorie counting I have in my cardio sessions aimed to burn 700 calories within one session (pne hour).
