Discouraged!!!!!!!
I am gaining, not losing. No exercise yesterday, will make sure I do today.

I am loving this exercising in the late afternoons.
It is really helping me sleep and I am not hungry. I have a better attitude and I feel better physically.

I love these exercise DVD's.
You really do see changes in just a few sessions. My main reason for likeing them is they make my back feel so good. The jiggle in my belly is gone, now for the other parts.
I did a lot of exercise today, The Firm this morning, treadmill and two mile walk tonight. My goal is hanging in the closet.
2nd Day, fortunately it tastes good. when I get hungry, I exercise and that takes the edge off.
I am not going to be discouraged today, think healthy and walk this evening.
I have ordered the Quickstart Program from Herbalife, can't wait to get it.
I am very frustrated. Going to start Herbal Life this week, hope it works. I have been trying to stay about 1000 calories a day and exercise. I have gained weight, not lost.
