Back on Track
The weekends are so hard, during the week is not so bad.
But I have noticed a difference, my thighs don't rub together so much, must be the exercises.
Haven't been able to walk this week, just exericise with the Firm video. Sure makes my back feel good.
Last night I slept so good, the best in a while. I think the exercise and eating more vegetables is helping.
