Baby Steps

Did sculpting yesterday, plan on cardio this afternoon!!  So far so good on eating, but it is early.  

Great workout

Just had a great workout, my butt is tight. 

Today is a new day

Ok, I feel like exercising right this minute.  Unfortunately it is not until evening that I have time and then low on energy.  Will hold that thought!!!!

Starting over

I feel motivated and great today.  This time I am going to lose 30 pounds.

Clothes

I am so excited, I was able to put on some clothes this weekend I haven't worn in two years. They were tight and I wouldn't leave the house in them but they were on. That is motivation.

Back on Track

The weekends are so hard, during the week is not so bad.  But I have noticed a difference, my thighs don't rub together so much, must be the exercises.  Haven't been able to walk this week, just exericise with the Firm video.  Sure makes my back feel good.

Last night I slept so good, the best in a while.  I think the exercise and eating more vegetables is helping.

 

 

Exercise

We exercised for almost two hours yesterday.  My exercise partner, Geewhiz and I both almost backed out, but we didn't.  We both felt so much better after we exercised.  I seriously thought I just needed to go home from work, take a bath and go to bed.  Glad I didn't.

 

 

Motivation

So far so good, it is only 10:30.  I tried one of the dresses on last night I want to wear on the cruise.  Can't even think about zipping it up, but I am not going to get discouraged.  Several dresses are hanging in my closet for me to look at everyday for motivation.

 

Weekend

I am ready for the weekend, I am going to exercise and eat right.  Determination   Got to do it, getting closer to my cruise.

Back on

I have really been off the last few days, have to get back to diet and exercising.
