I'm the brother of Bethany. She's the one that brought me here.
That and the fact that I just need to start losing some weight and being healthy for a change. Taking a bit of a toll on me so far changing my diet so dramatically, though.

Welcome I am so glad you joined it is good for all us girls to have you guys on here because we use your advice on certain things & some of us are like me & just like guys because I am such a country girl !You can add me to your friends list if you like. Your sister has alot of success I'm not saying it is entirely this site but the inspiration plays a big part of it .They are a couple more guys on here that I can think of that is active & my friends Snocone & JD. I weighed 315.6 when I joined this site on the 16th of January now I weigh 280.. so I know the site definitely helps because I wouldn't be suceeding right now if it weren't for friends of mine like your sister giving encouragement !Keep in Touch !
