Day 4 - I eat I lose weight??
Woke up this morning feeling that I have achieved alot for work !! V happy in that department ....
Got onto the scales and ... Oh my lordi.. Im down to 72.9 !!! I have noooooo idea what that's all about !!
Anyway still at work , its 6 pm and Im ordering Sushi ..had 2 tetras already...
lets see what my scales say tomorrow :)

Day 3
In a nutshell, I woke up , I weighed myself oh !!! I put on weight so I thought $%$£($* it .. it doesnt matter, I wont let it change the course ....
Anyways ended up working in the office till 11 pm and on my way home, thinking of the scales..... I thought............ what the heck !! Eat coz ur hungry.. and I did ... ALOT !!! ..
Time for bed, tired, not happy !!

Day 2
Day 2 ! (out of 59 :D) and counting
Still not exercise...I have been thinking about Acupressure for apetite surpressing !! I researched it a little last nite and there is a point on the ear, if you press it for 3 mins hunger should subside? will I remember to press when Im hungry...we'll see :)
Food: thinking about my shakes Feelings: disappointed I didnt do my DVD, not happy for being 5 mins late to meeting, need music, generally Ok.

Its 11:00 Mmmmm what's that I hear my tumy saying?? Noooooo ill wait till 1 pm to have my soup..
Had a very busy da at work so not thought much about food... and AGAIN got home but didnt do the DVD (I went for my first face peel today .. skin feels tight .. looking forward to the peeling :D not)
Came home and had some chicken parsley onion and cucumber oooh and Hummus again !!
I think I will try to eat less tomorrow as in replace my food with a soup and some celery and cucumber to see if it makes a difference.. but hopefully tomorrow Ill be 71.5kg???!?!?
Off to bed I go , its 1 am .. hope to make it to my morning meeting :)

Day 1
Day 1 of my diet ... so I woke up and did this EFT tapping excercise that I read about last nite (AND watched on YouTube :D) ..
Day ok .. felt hungry on an off, thought about food alot .. .couldnt wait till home time !!
On my way home thought of ...KFC, McD, Burger King .KFC, McD, Burger KingKFC, McD, Burger King. all my favourite hangouts (which are on my way home).... thinking of what I could have for dinner... !!Anyway, got home with my new exercise DVDs .. , I felt v tired to do one..as its first day back at work after weeks break... I know excuses!!..
Ordered takeaway grilled chicken ....Food arrived !! WOOO HOOO, I tucked into a chicken leg like I had not eaten for years s I consciously told myself to slow down !! .. had a tablespoon of hummus with it and some greens... I was I would say full to uncomfortable...
NOW I WAS NOT HAPPY... I did so well all day !!! ... am I gonna break? is this just a bad idea to start? will I ever lose weight?
YES I WILL YES I WILL
I AM WORTHY OF A GORGEOUS BODY THAT I ALWAYS CRAVED
I WILL LOSE 5 kilos in 10 days
I WILL MANAGE TO DO THE CAMBRIDGE DIET FOR 10 DAYS ON SOLE SOURCE.
...........( I know I can do it)

Starting again once and for all... (History)
Why do I keep starting and stopping?? I have been a yo yo dieter all my life, in fact I come from a family who have been yo yo dieters ever since I remember. Dieting and Dieting pills have been the solution!
I was never a skinny child, in fact I just piled on the weight over the years from when I was a child. You can call it a cultural thing, since I am middle eastern the rule is eat and when ur full eat some more because its simply rude not to. We are used to having not one but three or four types of dishes on the table enough for us and anyone else who fancies joining us!
Anyway, I am now coming up to mid 30s ... and I have had enough of talking about diets, trying the latest fad (for a week or less), and watching my weight go up and down like a yo-yo. The thing is ,I have recently been diagnosed with Sick Euthyroid Syndrom and the test results showed that my metabolism has come to a halt !!!! Great !! ... the reason for the onset of this disorder??? Starvation/ Protein high diets/malnutrition ... yep !! .. years of dieting have finally paid off .. the wrong way
Now Docs say that weight will come off after the hormone replacement therapy (short term 6 - 2 yrs max) but slowly. Therefore I have decided to DO IT once and for all, kick bad habits bye bye and go on a healthy living regime.
But................ old habits die hard.... :( I am going to kick start my diet with the Cambridge diet shakes as meal replacements for Breakfast and lunch and whenever Im hungry since I have been eating like a ravenous tigeress recently, just to tame the beast within.
So today is the day, the first day of your new slim life..... I hope you will watch this space to see my progress and I will be watching others to give support and get motivation.....
