19 miles!
Well this week was the first week of 2012! I am happy to say that I got in 19 miles in 5 days. I was trying to go for 20 but the gym's child area closed at 4. But I am so proud of myself for keeping tabs on my eating this week and persevering in exercise. I didn't feel restricted w/ my meals this week and I cut back because I wanted to. Some days I rarely had an appetite.
Tomorrow we will get on that scale and see what's what. So that means Mondays are going to be my new weigh-in day. I'm excited about that too. I think I'll do once a week for a month or so, then only weigh in twice.
It occurred to me that my 1 year Vegan anniversary is approaching (May). So thats like 5 months to kick myself into serious gear. I'd love to be able to say and show a 50-75lb weight loss by then. Oh, how sweet the sound :-)
