Day #?
I'm not really sure what day I'm on of my 111 day goal calendar. After life events occured, gym was not in view. However, after a 17 day hiatus, I made it to the gym last night to see that I had lost 1lb and to do 45minutes of walking. I shouldve done more, but it was my first day back and I was mentally lazy.
I'm now at 328 (again). I'm happy about that because I haven't been 328 in a year. I went through my log to see I've maintained a 25lb weight loss over the past 3 years. I can't wait to get out of these damn 300's. Its taking a little longer than what I thought it would. I can see 280 soooo close, but weight isn't dropping like it used to. I'm wondering if its my liver issue or just not doing enough to get it off. I've really been maintaining a 12-1500 cal diet for the past month or so. However, water intake has still been an issue, and I do need to beef up the cardio. Plus I've been doing a lot of strength exercises? hmm... Speaking of weights, I bought the 10lb weight set tonight. Its def heavy, but its what I need. Its funny because i'm half asleep thinking about doing a few reps. hahaha.
