Raw Stuff!
This morning I started a raw foods detox. Its apart of a 21 day detox w/ Facebook friends. It began w/ a half banana, orange, and a few strawberries. Lunch was comprised of baby spinach, red cabbage, cilantro and more. I had forgotten how raw foods can be a diuretic! Lets just say I feel like I took a water pill today!
Earlier I happened to look down at my shins to see that the left one was a little larger than the right one. It does feel swollen, nor does it look tight. My legs have been sore these past few days but I think its been all the working out. Speaking of working out I haven't done anything in 3 days. BLAH! Maybe I needed the break. I wouldn't mind doing some stability ball routines before bed, but we'll see.
