Eat your veg
Another day to plan the week a head.
Yes I am getting into a healthier lifestyle at long last
Going to decide on some low calorie meals for the week and plan to have more fruit and veg,lets see how easy it is to serve them without protests, hubby not keen on anything but two veg.........so trying to surprise him with trying out new ideas. Goodness knows how that will go down.
Planning to go swimming after the gym, feeling really stressed at the moment so having the me time helps so much
No more ice cream
