What I ate

I had some food today that I don't know how to input into the calories counter.  I first had some "raw" cereal made out of walnuts, almonds, dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and bananas.  I ate it with almond milk.

I then had salad and split pea soup with yams for lunch.  Then I had 1/2 blueberry/raspberry muffin and a small piece of chocolate mousse cake. 

Finally, I really fucked up and had 1 quesedilla (flour tortilla and cheese) and chips with melted cheese and some orange soda.

I am not very full so I don't think I will be eating any more but its still sad that I fucked up this much.

dont beat yourself up.

starting new eating habbits is hard, really really hard.  dont get down on yourself if you mess up every once and a while.  everyone does it... really, just read some random blogs. 

the key is to keep moving in the right direction!
