First day on hydroxycut
Today, I started hydroxycut. I was told by my partner's brother that it worked really well for him and a friend of his. He gave me some of his to try. I took it 30 minutes before I ate breakfast at 8:00. It is suppose to suppress appetite and increase energy. However, by 10:00 or so, I was craving so bad! I had been doing okay before, not great but making progress in the previous weeks. Today, I started with oatmeal, then two packages of strawberry kellogg's poptarts and then two slices of mushroom pizza and that was all before 12:00 am. When I got home, I had crashed off of the caffiene and ate a frozen, microwaveable meal. I don't think I'm hungry, just craving.
I recently took another one. I hope that I will get some energy to workout later. Right now, with the ugh weather, I would rather just create blog posts and search online for inspiration.
I will continue to use hydroxycut because I have read a lot of good reviews but I am just hoping that it works at least a little.
