Sunday, Weighday
I'm really, really disappointed.
I have lost .3kg, or just over half a pound. I though I had done really well

Oh, well, will just have to try harder this week! And probably not go out for beers the night before I weigh myself...
Oh, God, I am never going to be thin at this rate! I need to be much more focused this week. More walking, more yoga, less eating. Right, then. To business.

Day 3
So it's my first day at work since starting this new way of eating, and I know that this is going to be the hard bit.
Not eating chocolate and crisps at home is easy! Especially when you don't buy them... But to be at work is to have the constant temptation of the snack machine and the handiness of the bakery at lunch time.
I am still feeling pretty motivated though... so hopefully that will get me through today and then it will (please, please) get easier everyday.
Happy Monday, to anyone who catches this

C x

Every journey starts with the first step... right?
So, I've never done Blogging before in my life. I have no idea what I'm even doing, but I am going to try.
I am 27 years old, I live in Versailles, France with my boyfriend and my cat. I have a job as an English teacher and, although I can't say that I love my job, I don't hate it and I am happy enough :)
The one thing that I truly hate in my life, that I guess most people with a blog on extrapounds.com really hate, is how much I weigh.
I am 5'4" (164cm) and I weigh in at 16st 8lbs (105.5kg). This is not the heaviest I have been, but it's close. I have yo-yo'd for years, fad diet after fad-flipping-diet. I seem to remember a time in high school when I was a size 14, which, of course, I thought was enormous. What I wouldn't give to go back and tell myself that size 14 is amazing!
So, the other day, I took drastic action. I bought myself a pair of size 14 Jane Norman jeans and a size 14 top on eBay. I am going to pin them to the wall and by Christmas, I will be wearing them!
