Here are my offical before and after shots from my dieting after my first pregnancy. I went from 142 to 122. I did NOT want my husband to take these pics, but I was so glad after to have such a visual of my accomplishment....plus, I look to these photo's this time around with inspiration. Knowing I've done it before, "doesn't it look great?", and I want it and can do it again!
