Alli update
Ok, so I started taking Alli, and I was cautious like crazy the first couple of days. I was literally scared of explosive results if I even came near something bad for me. After a few days I realised it's not quite the drama it's hyped up to be. mostly because I eat fairly well, I don't even like most fried food, which is thier big warning.
Well, I noticed as the week progressed (I've been taking it for 5 days now) I because less and less scared of "the results" and became more brave in my eating habits, thinking "the results" would be flushed away, so why not. Needless to say, I've only dropped one pount this week, and I'm convinced it's because I began to lean on the pill to do the work for me. I cheated, pretty much exclusively, in the sweets department, which is admittingly my downfall, especailly after dinner. Ugh!
Ok, so re-grouping and re-stratigizing, I feel like I can totally learn from this and use it to my benifit. Alli was not cheap, and I don't want to flush my money away (literally!) DH leaves next saturday for 6 weeks, and I'm determined to have outstanding results when he returns! He's also given me the green light to join a gym and persue my goal of a marathon in November. High five for getting back on track!
Any future Alli uses out there, be warned and prepared for little things like this in you use of the product. I wish you all well!
